These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between dhx88 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses or uses the services available at https://dhx88.vip and all associated subdomains and mobile interfaces. The Platform provides online casino games, sports betting, crash games, fishing games, and related entertainment services to eligible adult users in Bangladesh and other permitted jurisdictions. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and dhx88.

By accessing any part of the dhx88 platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your account if one has been opened. dhx88 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any such amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To be eligible to register and use the dhx88 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

1. You are at least 21 years of age and are capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
2. You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
3. You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party.
4. You have not previously been excluded from the platform or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.
5. You are funding your account from legitimate personal funds and not from proceeds of criminal activity.

Each individual may hold only one active account on the dhx88 platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or any combination thereof — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or bonuses held across those accounts.

As part of our compliance obligations and to protect the integrity of the platform, dhx88 requires all registered users to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawal requests or upon reaching certain transaction thresholds. KYC verification requires the submission of:

1. A valid government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
2. Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence).
3. Verification of the payment method used to fund the account (e.g., a screenshot of the bKash or Nagad account registered in your name).
4. Any additional documentation reasonably requested by the platform's compliance team to satisfy anti-money laundering obligations.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request from dhx88 may result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is satisfactorily completed. dhx88 will not be liable for any delays in processing withdrawals that are directly attributable to a user's failure to provide the required documentation in a timely manner.

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions on the dhx88 platform:

1. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum transaction limits may apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
2. All funds deposited to your dhx88 account must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned to the source.
3. Withdrawal requests are processed within 1-3 business days following the successful completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals submitted on weekends or public holidays in Bangladesh will be processed on the next working day.
4. dhx88 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request that it reasonably considers to be of an unusual size, frequency, or pattern relative to the account's normal transaction history.
5. Deposits and withdrawals are processed in BDT only. Any currency conversion costs incurred on the user's side (e.g., international card conversion fees) are the sole responsibility of the user.

dhx88 does not charge deposit fees. A processing fee of up to 2% may apply to certain withdrawal methods and will be disclosed prior to confirmation. dhx88 is not responsible for fees charged by the user's own payment provider.

dhx88 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotional offers tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to an individual promotion:

1. All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount unless a different rollover is specified in the individual promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.
2. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per eligible new account. Attempting to claim a new-player bonus via a duplicate account, a new account created after a previous account closure, or through referral abuse will result in forfeiture of the bonus and closure of the relevant account.
3. Bonuses that have not been used within 30 days of being credited to an account will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
4. dhx88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or substitute any promotion at any time without prior notice. A promotion's terms take precedence over these general bonus conditions where they conflict.
5. Bonuses are non-transferable, have no cash value before wagering requirements are met, and may not be used to fulfil minimum deposit conditions for another promotion unless explicitly stated.

Any evidence of bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, placing opposing bets across accounts to guarantee profit, using automated betting systems, or exploiting technical errors — will result in the immediate forfeiture of the relevant bonus balance and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

All games available on the dhx88 platform are subject to the specific rules of each individual game, as displayed within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between the general rules set out in these Terms and the specific rules of an individual game, the specific game rules shall prevail. The following conditions apply to all game play on the platform:

1. All game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems. The platform does not interfere with, manipulate, or influence individual game outcomes in any way.
2. In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, any incomplete round will be settled in accordance with the affected game's specific malfunction policy. Bets placed on rounds affected by a verified technical error may be voided and returned to the player's account balance.
3. Sports betting markets are subject to settlement rules based on official results from the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). dhx88 reserves the right to void markets where the result is disputed or where the integrity of a sporting event is under investigation.
4. The display of odds, market prices, and payout rates is indicative and subject to change prior to bet confirmation. The odds confirmed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to that wager. dhx88 is not liable for displaying incorrect odds due to a data feed error, provided the error is corrected before the bet is confirmed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dhx88 platform:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or at any point during the account lifecycle, including during KYC verification.
• Operating or attempting to operate more than one account, whether in your own name or using the identity or payment details of another individual.
• Using any software, bot, script, algorithm, or automated system to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus structures, or gain any unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including sharing information about ongoing live casino hands, coordinating bets on the same sporting event, or any other activity designed to gain a collective advantage at the expense of the platform.
• Using the platform to launder money, process funds derived from illegal activity, or otherwise use the dhx88 payment infrastructure for any purpose other than legitimate personal gambling entertainment.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing platform staff, live casino dealers, or other users through any in-platform communication channel, including live chat, email, or support ticket systems.

dhx88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur, or where required to do so to comply with applicable law or regulatory guidance.

In the event of account closure initiated by dhx88 for a breach of these Terms, the following consequences apply:

1. All bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings are immediately forfeited, without exception.
2. Any genuine deposited funds that remain in the account after deduction of applicable forfeited amounts may be returned to the user's registered payment method at dhx88's discretion, subject to completion of outstanding KYC obligations.
3. The user is permanently prohibited from opening a new account on the dhx88 platform.
4. Where the closure is related to suspected money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity, dhx88 may freeze the account balance pending investigation and report the matter to relevant authorities without prior notification to the user.

dhx88 supports the principle that gambling should never be used as a means to resolve financial difficulties or as a primary income source. We reserve the right to implement responsible gaming interventions — including temporary or permanent deposit restrictions — on any account where we have reasonable concern that a player may be experiencing gambling-related harm.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dhx88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other economic loss, even if dhx88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

dhx88 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, or third-party service disruptions may temporarily affect platform availability. dhx88 will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

dhx88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made — one that significantly affects user rights or obligations — dhx88 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered users via the platform's notification system or by email to the address registered on the account, prior to the change taking effect. Non-material updates (such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of the Terms) may be implemented without prior notice.

Your continued use of the dhx88 platform following the posting of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must discontinue use of the platform and request closure of your account before the revised Terms take effect.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between a user and dhx88, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through dhx88's internal complaints procedure. Users wishing to raise a complaint should contact the support team in writing at [email protected], providing full details of the nature of the complaint, the relevant account, and the specific outcome requested. dhx88 will acknowledge receipt within 3 business days and endeavour to resolve the complaint within 14 business days of acknowledgement.
